Job description
Affinity Hospice Management LLC is seeking an experienced On-Call Registered Nurse to respond after hours for Hospice patients and families. You will provide urgent clinical and psychosocial interventions, manage pain and symptoms, and collaborate with the care team to maximize patient outcomes.
The role requires Florida RN licensure, driver’s license, and the ability to perform home visits and after-hours responsibilities with professionalism and compassion.
