Job description
Moments Hospice seeks an on-call Registered Nurse to coordinate after-hours hospice care in patients’ homes and communities. You will cover nights and weekends on a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, with shifts from 5:00pm to 8:30am on weeknights and long weekends. A fleet car is available with fuel and insurance covered to support patient visits.
You’ll work autonomously with strong collaboration from the interdisciplinary team, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care for patients and families.
