Job description
Azura Palliative Care and Hospice WI LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide after-hours and on-call hospice care in the Madison and Verona area.
You will work in patients' homes, assisted living, and memory care communities, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating families, and helping establish strong clinical practices as we grow in Dane County.
