Job description
Dignity Home Health & Hospice seeks an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide after-hours care in Utah County. This part-time, on-call role supports patients and families with clinical assessments, education, and hands-on care in homes and facilities.
Responsibilities include after-hours triage, home visits, and thorough documentation while collaborating with the care team. Utah RN license and CPR are required.
