Job description
Moments Hospice is seeking an on-the-road Registered Nurse to join our team and provide after-hours nursing care in patients' homes and communities across Wisconsin. This full-time position covers nights and weekends with a rotating 7 days on/7 days off schedule.
You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and revise care plans, administer prescribed therapies, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
