Job description
Sage Hospice Primary & Palliative Care in Chandler, AZ is seeking a passionate On-Call Registered Nurse RN (PRN) to join our hospice team. Primary responsibilities include administering skilled nursing care at patients' homes, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and supporting families.
Qualified candidates hold an accredited nursing degree, current RN license in Arizona, CPR certification, and at least two years' clinical RN experience; hospice or home health preferred.
