Job description
Town of Bluffton (SC) seeks an Associate Municipal Court Judge to serve as an on-call judicial officer and perform duties in accordance with the South Carolina Constitution and local ordinances.
Primary responsibilities include reviewing warrant applications, determining probable cause, issuing warrants where appropriate, and presiding over Municipal Court sessions as assigned while maintaining impartial judicial judgment.
