Job description
The Town of Bluffton is seeking an Associate Municipal Court Judge to serve as an on-call judicial officer and perform judicial functions in accordance with the South Carolina Constitution, state law, and town ordinances. The role includes reviewing warrants, ensuring constitutional rights are protected, and presiding over Municipal Court sessions as assigned.
