Job description
Texas Organ Sharing Alliance (TOSA) seeks an In-House Donation Specialist for the Center for Hope at St. David's Medical Center.
The role evaluates donor referrals, optimizes medical management, and coordinates organ recovery with ORC, hospital staff, and the Medical Director. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in health care, an RN license with 3–5 years of critical care experience, BLS, and ACLS/PALS within 24 months.
