On Call / Part Time Receptionist/Service Associate- Va (Pt)IST Management is a rapidly growing business process outsourcing (BPO) company and the largest American privately-owned facilities management company. Founded in 1997, the company is a two-time recipient of the Human Resources Professional Excellence Award granted by the Society for Human Resource Management. This is a part time direct hire position. The Receptionist/Office Services Associate will work closely with the Facilities, Executive Administrative Staff, and Property Management to ensure that all daily operational, maintenance and janitorial tasks are taken care of to maintain the value and appearance of operations. We observe a business professional dress code. Must be willing to cross train for potential advancement opportunities!Compensation: While the compensation for this position is finally dependent upon the candidate's experience/qualifications, the approximate compensation for this position will be $18.00 to 21.00 to be paid hourly.Location: Northern VAHours: Varies - Monday through Friday 7:00AM – 6:00PMResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Office ServicesPickup/sort/deliver mail. Sign and account for overnight mail deliveries and ensure delivery is made to the recipientFront desk reception coverage including answering phones and directing callsSet-up and breakdowns for meetingsGeneral housekeeping of all conference roomsKitchen supply management (ordering and restocking of supplies)Internal building move coordinationRespond, coordinate and submit building related issues with property management and or outside contractorsPerform other tasks as assignedQualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management.Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenProficient in MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint a must)Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environmentCompetency in performing multiple functional tasks and willingness to cross-train for other job functionsCapable of lifting up to 55 pounds; Reliable transportationExperience in reception/office services a plusIST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
