Job description
ASCEND Mental Wellness seeks Relief Residential Specialists On-Call to support residents across group homes, apartments, and Housing First programs. This on-call role provides services on an as-needed basis with emphasis on evenings and overnights.
Responsibilities include service-plan work, advocacy, documentation, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe, supportive home environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma and 1 year in human services; an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
