On-Call Resident AssistantEarn $19.19–$22.25/hour plus shift differentials up to $3/hour. Vista Prairie at Ridgeway in New Ulm is hiring an On-Call Resident Assistant to support residents in assisted living and memory care.What you'll do:Help residents with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and hygieneSupport residents with mobility and safe transfersGive medications as directed, following facility policy and state regulationsBuild positive, caring relationships with residents during every shiftHelp create a comfortable, dignified daily experience for each residentWhat you'll need:Required:Ability to read, write, and follow directions accuratelyPreferred:High school diploma or GEDAbout one year of Resident Assistant experienceInterest in growing into a full-time role over timePay and benefits:Pay: $19.19–$22.25/hour, based on experienceShift differentials: +$1/hour PM shift, +$2/hour NOC shift, +$3/hour weekend shiftSign-on bonus: $500 (AM), $800 (PM), or $1,000 (NOC). Must be scheduled 40+ hours per pay period to qualify for a Sign OnPaid time off, 401(k), employee referral program, and tuition/education assistance programSchedule: This is an on-call position. Hours vary and you'll pick up shifts as they become available across AM, PM, and NOC.
