Job description
Harbor Healthcare System is seeking a full-time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in the Beaumont area. The role involves managing admissions, discharges, and pronouncements, and assisting the Triage Nurse with select assessments.
Requirements include a Texas RN license and 1+ year RN experience; Hospice/Home Health experience is a plus. Travel with reliable transportation is required; a clean background, drug screen, and driving record are expected.
