Job description
Dignity Home Health & Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care after hours across Utah County. This part-time, on-call role supports patients and families in private homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities with assessments, education, and hands-on care.
The RN will triage needs, document thoroughly, and collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
