Job description
St. Croix Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse On-Call to support our 24/7 care model, handling evenings, nights and weekend shifts. The role emphasizes timely, skilled nursing visits, symptom management, admissions, and care plan updates.
You will navigate critical moments with compassion and clinical excellence, within a 7 days on/7 days off overnight schedule. Ideal candidates hold an RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of acute care experience; hospice or home care experience
