Job description
Amedisys in Wisconsin is seeking a registered nurse for an on-call, after-hours role. This full-time position covers Monday-Thursday, 5pm-8am, delivering initial assessments, coordinating care, and ensuring continuity for patients at home.
You will collaborate with the care team, document progress, educate families, and participate in on-call duties. Must have an active RN license in the state, at least one year of nursing experience, and CPR certification.
