Job description
Aubergine Kitchen is seeking a General Manager for a fast-casual restaurant in Utah. You will own the full operation, drive performance across sales, food cost, labor, and guest satisfaction, and build a strong leadership bench on the floor in a high-energy environment.
You will lead by example, recruit and develop managers, and ensure safety, quality, and hospitality standards while scaling a growing brand across the region.
