Job description
Alpha is hiring for an on-site Admissions Director role at one campus, handling end-to-end enrollment from inquiry to first day. You will manage 20+ active families, conduct tours and shadow days, and close admissions decisions in person with families.
The candidate will keep HubSpot and SIS updated, using AI tools for prep and summaries, and report pipeline health weekly to leadership. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring relocation to one of Alpha’s markets.
