Job description
Zohorecruit in Honesdale, PA is seeking an on-site General Manager to lead the high-volume collision shop. You will own day-to-day operations, managing the production team and insurance-partner relationships, and you will work directly with ownership.
This role offers an $90,000 base salary plus a monthly bonus of 2% of gross profit, targeting $110,000–$130,000 annually. It includes Health insurance with 75% employer-paid coverage and Flexible PTO starting at 2 weeks, with an on-site leadership
