Job description
Gilbane Building Company in Akron, OH is seeking a General Superintendent to independently manage field operations on projects up to $100M. This role is on-site daily and involves directing trade coordination, budget control, and safety leadership across the project team.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, 10–15 years of experience on large commercial/industrial projects, and OSHA 30/STSC certifications.
