Job description
Jobot is seeking a Director of Case Management for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Parkersburg, WV. This on-site, permanent role leads a 4-person Case Management team and a larger care coordination effort to optimize patient outcomes and utilization.
The position offers strong leadership exposure to the hospital CEO and room for CCM/ACM certification progression. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 annually with quarterly bonuses, full benefits from day one, and potential relocation
