Job description
Uline Braselton, GA is seeking a Director of Distribution Operations to lead from the warehouse floor, coaching a 500+ strong team and driving safety, accuracy, and on-time shipping. This on-site role manages inbound, outbound and support functions in a 1.5 million sq ft facility.
You will develop high-performing managers, implement data-driven improvements, and align daily activities with customer service goals in air-conditioned, best-in-class facilities.
