Job description
Pilgrim’s is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance for Feed Mills. The role requires onsite presence near Pilgrim’s complexes, with up to 30 weeks of travel annually. You will lead the Animal Food Safety Plan, ensure regulatory compliance with FDA/USDA and drive 3rd party certifications across facilities.
The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a base salary range of $108,714 to $132,086.70, with eligibility for incentive pay and career development opportunities.
