Job description
Vanguard Landing seeks an Operations Director to oversee day-to-day care and functioning of buildings, grounds, vehicles, equipment, and supplies. This hands-on role requires performing routine repairs and coordinating external contractors when needed.
You will manage maintenance tasks, safety programs, inventory, and vendor relations while ensuring a welcoming, well-maintained campus for residents and staff. Strong organization and communication are essential.
