Job description
Jamestown and Industry City invite applications for a General Manager position at Cowork IC and The Landing. You will lead strategy, sales, and operations for a 150+ member coworking campus, drive leasing initiatives, and oversee budgeting, forecasting and tenant experience on site.
Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in coworking or luxury/high-touch environments, strong negotiation, and solid experience with leasing software and MS Office.
