Job description
Homes by Villatel in Davenport oversees a portfolio of 110 luxury vacation rental homes, directing daily operations, guest experience, and on-site leadership. The General Manager ensures guest-ready standards, manages a cross-functional team, and aligns with Homeowner relations and shared services.
The role requires extensive hospitality leadership, financial acumen, and a proactive, hands-on approach to growth and onboarding of new homes. On-site leadership and travel between sites are expected.
