Job description
Imerys is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead safety programs at the Lompoc, CA facility. Based on-site, you will oversee industrial hygiene, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance while coordinating training and audits.
The role reports to the EHS Director-USA & Canada and includes supervision of two direct reports. You will collaborate with operations and maintenance to identify hazards, analyze exposure data, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance.
