Job description
Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Health Services Director for Ivy Park Belmont, a premier senior living community. The role requires an active CA-licensed LVN/RN and RCFE experience to coordinate resident care under physician supervision.
You will lead nursing staff, administer medications, and ensure compliance with state regulations while maintaining independence and quality of life for residents. On-site work with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule is typical in this exempt role.
