Job description
Explorus is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function on-site at Shenandoah National Park, supporting up to 400 employees across two locations. You will partner with operational leaders, drive employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance, and help build a strong, compliant workplace.
