Target Hospitality is seeking an On Site Human Resources Business Partner to provide day-to-day HR guidance at a lodge, partnering with the Lodge Manager and site leaders. You will own employee relations, staffing, onboarding, and retention while ensuring policy, safety, and employment law compliance across departments.
