Target Hospitality is seeking an On-Site Human Resource Business Partner to live on-site and support a lodge community on a 6-week on/2-week off rotation. You will lead employee relations, investigations, and coaching while partnering with Talent Acquisition and Operations on staffing, onboarding, and retention.
