Job description
CVS Health is seeking an on-site HR Business Partner Manager to partner with distribution center leadership, shaping and executing HR strategy that drives workforce planning, talent acquisition, training, change management and culture improvements.
The role requires 5+ years of HR experience, strong communication, and ability to influence at all levels. Travel up to 10–15% is expected; on-site work five days a week is required at the Distribution Center.
