Job description
Jobot is partnering with a best-in-class E&P company to identify an HR leader to own the entire local HR function in Midland, TX.
This on-site, permanent role will work directly with the executive team and local leadership to recruit locally and at colleges, support 400+ employees, and travel to Hobbs and other Permian sites.
