Job description
EIS Legacy LLC in Tempe, AZ is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide on-site HR support for employees and managers, maintain accurate HR data, and assist with payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations.
You will partner with site leaders to ensure policy compliance, coordinate benefits and 401(k) administration, support safety initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes while traveling to affiliated facilities as needed.
