Job description
Pen Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing & Content to build a high-output engine at the Anaheim plant. You will own content creation, LinkedIn strategy, newsletters, and CRM workflows, driving revenue through measured marketing programs.
The role is on-site, five days per week, with a base salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 plus performance-based OTE up to $200,000. AI-driven production and in-house SEO will be emphasized.
