Job description
IES Communications, LLC seeks a Crew Lead - Infrastructure to act as on-site coordinator and supervisor for voice and data installation projects in TX. You will ensure project completion per quality and safety standards while managing staff efficiency.
Responsibilities include leading major crews, coordinating with the PM for productivity and budget, handling project paperwork, and performing on-site customer communications and field troubleshooting.
