Job description
IES Communications, LLC in Abilene, TX is seeking a Project Lead - Infrastructure to act as on-site coordinator and crew supervisor for voice and data installation projects. You will ensure job completion to safety and quality standards while maintaining crew efficiency.
You will work with the Project Manager to ensure productivity and budget compliance, complete all required paperwork, perform quality checks, and travel as needed. Strong problem solving and blueprint reading are essential.
