Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Food Service Director to work onsite in a jail facility, partnering with the Food Service Director to run a large operation and supervise a food service team.
The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, two years of supervisory experience, three years in food service, ServSafe certification, and experience with purchasing, inventory, and safety standards.
