Job description
Gilbane is seeking a Superintendent for Commercial Real Estate Construction in NYC to independently coordinate trade partners on projects valued up to $30M. This onsite role is central to project planning, scheduling, and safety compliance, with a path to leadership on the project team.
The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of superintendent experience on large commercial/industrial builds, OSHA-30, STS-C, and strong communication skills to drive results on tight timelines.
