Job description
Hebrew SeniorLife seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to collaborate with an RN in providing compassionate, patient-centered care. You will follow the nursing process, document in the EMR, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. The role emphasizes independence, teamwork, and respect for residents’ dignity.
You will supervise CNAs, contribute to care planning, and be a role model for professional behavior in a dynamic, supportive environment onboard the unit.
