Job description
Alpha is hiring for a Director of Membership at one campus in Greenwich, CT. You will own the entire admissions journey from first inquiry through the commitment decision, carrying 20+ active families at different stages and delivering the news personally to families.
You will conduct tours, open houses, shadow days, and ensure CRM/SIS data is current. This is a full-time on-site role requiring relocation to a campus market and speaks to affluent family engagement.
