Job description
Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast in Destin, FL is seeking an experienced RN to join the Surgery department on a day, full-time basis.
In this role you’ll supervise unit staffing, coordinate shift workflows, and ensure consistent clinical objectives and high-quality OR patient care.
You’ll assign, direct, monitor and educate nursing and support staff, participate in hiring and training, and assess daily patient needs to support outcome-focused care.
