Job description
State of Wyoming, through the Wyoming State Construction Department, seeks an on-site Owner's Representative for the Veterans Home of Wyoming remodel in Buffalo. This role ensures compliance with requirements, budgets, schedules, and quality while protecting resident operations and state interests.
The OR provides independent oversight from pre-construction through final closeout, coordinating with architects, engineers, facility staff, and stakeholders in a complex, multi-year capital project
