Job description
Family Health West in Fruita, CO is hiring a Patient Experience Specialist (Full-time) to engage with patients and families, ensuring their needs are heard and addressed.
You will participate in rounds, collaborate with Nursing, Rehab, Social Work and others, and advocate for service excellence while maintaining compassionate communication.
The role requires a High School Diploma (CNA/CPXP preferred) and 1–3 years' related experience; wage starts at $19.50/hour with full benefits.
