Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. On-site role focusing on mobility, safety, and meaningful functional outcomes.
You will evaluate and plan individualized treatments, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain thorough documentation, and educate patients and families to support recovery and quality of life.
