Job description

Cornerstone Clinical Partners is seeking a Primary Care NP/PA to provide on-site care to residents in long-term care settings. This is a part-time position ideal for a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment.

You will perform exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, order tests, and coordinate with facility staff. Active NC license or eligibility, and 6 months in long-term care are required. We offer competitive pay and benefits.
