Job description
Gilbane Building Company in Albany, NY is seeking a Project Manager I to support the Senior Project Manager on a construction project, with daily on-site involvement to guide direction, schedule, and financial outcomes. The role may lead a small project or support a larger team on a multifaceted site.
You will work with Sr. PMs and engineers, manage safety plans and project controls, coordinate changes, and ensure contract compliance while mentoring junior staff on processes and daily tasks.
