Job description
BW Papersystems is seeking a highly motivated Project Management Leader to oversee the execution of new equipment orders at our Phillips, WI facility, on-site 5 days a week. The role drives project management discipline, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, installation, and start-up.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8+ years as a Project Manager, and 5+ years leading PM teams, with PMP or similar training preferred.
