Legacy Property Management is seeking an on‑site manager for an 80‑unit property in Portland, Oregon. The role involves daily property operations, leasing, and resident relations, with close coordination with the Portfolio Manager and maintenance teams.
The On‑Site Manager will ensure occupancy, collections, curb appeal, and compliant operations under ORS 90 and Fair Housing guidelines, while residing on‑site and serving as the property face to residents and vendors.
