Job description
Southwest Equity Partners is seeking an On-site Manager in Carlsbad, CA to oversee daily operations of the property while providing resident support. This role includes handling leasing inquiries, ensuring compliance, and managing resident satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in property management software. This part-time position requires living on-site.
The pay range is $20 - $23 per hour, with eligibility for an annual bonus and other benefits.
